Storyline

Three of the nine campaigns explore an alternate history, centering on imagined conflicts between the Soviet Union and Germany in 1946, as World War II continues. Both the VVS and Luftwaffe now employ advanced jet and rocket-powered fighters, along with other groundbreaking technology. Every new aircraft is crafted with the same remarkable level of historical accuracy and meticulous detail found in all the other planes in Il-2.
