Summary

Once every thousand years, a rare planetary alignment renders Earth invisible to the Boss of the Bosses. During this time, the secret agencies of Heaven and Hell, which are constantly battling for human souls, abandon all rules. Although Hell's agency is known for disregarding rules, the balance between good and evil is seriously threatened when Heaven's agents also stop following them. Dark Eaville is determined to halt Heaven's agency and restore the fragile equilibrium between good and evil.
