Summary
ISS Pro Evolution is the third installment in the ISS series developed by Konami for PlayStation. In Japan, it was launched under the name Winning Eleven 4. The game features a completely redesigned engine, offering enhanced player movements, animations, and improved visuals. This edition includes updated player lineups, a wider variety of game modes, more teams (with club teams making their debut), stadiums, and settings, along with a more advanced player creation tool. Replays, along with earned trophies and unlocked rewards, can be saved to a memory card. The one-two passing system was further polished, making it one of the most effective offensive tools. Dribbling, including the ability to perform trick shots, was added as a new gameplay feature.
