Summary
James Bond 007: From Russia with Love is a video game starring Ian Fleming's legendary secret agent, James Bond. The game is inspired by the 1957 novel and the 1963 movie of the same title, but includes new scenes to enhance the action and alters the allegiance of the primary antagonists. It also incorporates various elements from earlier Bond films to capture the style of the era, such as the jet pack from Thunderball (1965) and the iconic Aston Martin DB5 first seen in Goldfinger (1964). From Russia with Love is also significant as the first video game to feature Sean Connery's likeness as James Bond and the first to include entirely new voice acting by the actor himself. From Russia with Love was the final James Bond video game promoted by EA Games before they lost the license to Activision in 2006.
