The space federation has entrusted you with a vital mission on the war-torn planet Sagoth: stop Geisel, a former professor who has transformed into a ruthless conqueror. By harnessing ancient technology buried in Sagoth’s ruins and utilizing supplies scattered across the planet, he has built a mechanized army that outmatches anything the federation can deploy. You'll be going in solo, piloting a bipedal mech based on the limited intelligence gathered from Geisel’s stolen research. It's time to retake your lost outposts, crush the scientist’s forces, and reveal the hidden truths buried deep beneath this world. Juushin ROGUS blends turn-based strategy, side-scrolling shooter gameplay, and a light RPG system into a single, easy-to-grasp narrative. Managing and relocating between your military outposts—each producing new units for deployment—is key to victory. Whether defending or attacking a base, you'll dive into action-platforming battles, leaping, firing, and soaring through dynamic battlefields filled with enemies that gradually return. As you eliminate threats, your mech evolves, gaining new weapons, flight boosters, and even pilot bodyguards as the game progresses. To emerge victorious, you must seize the final outpost and confront Geisel in his stronghold—but be warned, it won’t be an easy fight.
