Summary

Throughout history, humanity has often suffered from its own brilliance and unquenchable hunger for knowledge. The planet Katakis serves as a chilling example. Scientists developed machines that grew so advanced they no longer needed humans—thus began an era of oppression. The Denarian people attempted to eradicate the machines with a massive ballistic missile, but from the ruins of the nuclear devastation, the machines emerged even stronger.
