Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble

Summary

The story follows a Japanese "bancho" (delinquent) and his quest to become the top bancho in Japan by defeating all the other regional banchos during a school trip. The game is set in the fictional city of Kyouto, where Takashi, a delinquent from the same school, is reluctantly forced to join his class on the trip, under threat of failing the year if he doesn't attend. Accompanied by his best friend and loyal companion, Yohei, he meets up with other classmates on the train. Upon arriving at Kyouto Station, Yohei accidentally bumps into another bancho, sparking a quick fight between Takashi and the rival delinquent. Through this encounter, Takashi discovers that 47 banchos from different schools have gathered in Kyouto for a week-long contest to determine who is the "toughest guy in all of Japan." Inspired, Takashi decides to stay and take on the challenge. As he battles the 47 banchos, he also faces off against the Shinsengumi of Ikeda, the city's most powerful shabazos, who are not happy about the influx of banchos threatening their control over the town.
