Summary
For decades, the weapons satellites have floated in space, posing no threat to Earth. Now, for mysterious reasons, they have fallen from the sky with the intent to destroy humanity. You are a test pilot, flying an experimental aircraft designed to stop the satellites. It's up to you to defend your hometown. You begin above your town's protective forcefield. Satellites will descend from the sky and appear in the radar zone at the top of the screen. You must fly toward them and destroy them before they reach the town, as they can pierce the shields. Keep an eye on your fuel—running out means losing a life. Also, monitor the laser heat indicator just beneath the fuel meter. If the laser overheats, it will stop firing until it cools down. The town's forcefield can't stop the satellites, but it will stop your craft, so flying into it is dangerous. In later stages, you'll also face meteors alongside the satellites. You can't shoot the meteors, but they can't break through the shields. However, if you collide with one, you'll be destroyed and lose a life.
