Summary

Originally available only in Japan on December 26, 2002, *Kingdom Hearts Final Mix* has now arrived worldwide as an HD Remaster in the compilation *Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX*. The version features several new events and gameplay adjustments not found in earlier releases. Additional scenes help clarify key story elements, such as Riku's journey and hints about *Kingdom Hearts II*, though no new dialogue was added. Players can choose to skip cutscenes for convenience. Optional bosses return, along with a brand-new battle against the "Unknown Man."

Storyline

A fourteen-year-old boy named Sora embarks on a journey to distant worlds after his home is consumed by dark creatures called the Heartless. Determined to rebuild his world and reunite with his friends, he crosses paths with numerous characters from beloved Disney movies and the Final Fantasy video game series along the way.
