Summary

Kirby: Triple Deluxe is a side-scrolling entry in the popular Kirby franchise that utilizes the 3D capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS to let Kirby move not just left and right, but also forward and back through the environment. Kirby gains a new “gobble everything” power that can be activated in certain areas of each level to help him clear obstacles in his way. As usual, Kirby can inhale enemies and copy their abilities, each of which grants him a range of unique actions and moves based on the buttons he presses. Kirby: Triple Deluxe offers a vast array of collectibles for players to discover, including secret 8-bit keychains and Sun Stones. The game also makes use of the 3DS StreetPass feature to provide players with special bonus items.
