Summary
Wicked Jester, a four-member band, is set to perform at The Coventry, a run-down bar on the outskirts of town, on a Friday night. When they arrive, they find the parking lot empty and the club dark. As the band—Pablo Ramirez, Andy Chang, Gabriel Gordo, and Patrick Scott—step out of their van, a voice calls out from the shadows. A mysterious woman offers them four passes to a circus, claiming it's the final act of the night. With nothing else to do, they take the tickets, and the horror unfolds. Inspired by characters from comic book creator Todd McFarlane, *KISS Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child* delivers the terror and chaos of the Psycho Circus to the PC in a first-person shooter format. Players face over two dozen monstrous enemies and can choose from three weapon categories, each with four unique types: melee (beast claws, thornblade, twister, and punisher), standard (zero cannon, magma cannon, windblade, and scourge), and ultimate (stargaze, galaxion, spirit lance, and draco). Alongside their arsenal, players can collect temporary power-ups and instant-use items like health boosts, attack enhancements, and defense boosts.
