Rayman's Dictations is a set of educational games inspired by the Rayman universe and is exclusively available in France and Canada. The series was first introduced in 1998 and includes four versions. Each title starts with Les Dictées de Rayman, followed by CE2, CM1, CM2, or 6e. In 1999, the games were re-released as part of the Rayman School Accompaniment series. The titles were updated to Rayman Accompaniment Scolaire, followed by CE2, CM1, CM2, or 6e. The collection is also commonly known as Rayman Dictations. Developed in partnership with teams of teachers and researchers linked to the C.N.R.S., the games align with the 1990 spelling reforms. They were also trialed in schools and with partner families. Targeted at children aged eight to twelve, Les Dictées de Rayman provides a method for learning spelling. The games encourage players to become independent in addressing their spelling challenges. Rather than offering instant corrections, the games provide various tools to help players self-correct.
