Summary

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is a video game inspired by the movie of the same title. It launched on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PlayStation 2, Microsoft Windows, and Nintendo DS on November 4, 2008, in North America. The gameplay mirrors that of the first film's video game, featuring the same characters and moves, but set in an African environment. The Nintendo Channel offered a playable demo of the game the week of November 7, showcasing one of its side-scrolling, Lemmings-style levels where the penguins from the franchise take center stage. The game was originally intended for the PSP, but that version was ultimately cancelled.
