Major League Baseball 2K7 (or MLB 2K7) is a baseball simulation video game licensed by Major League Baseball, developed by Kush Games and published by 2K Sports. It launched on February 27, 2007, as the sole 2007 MLB-licensed title for the Xbox 360 and Xbox. The game is also compatible with the PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, and for the first time, the PlayStation 3, competing with MLB 07: The Show from 989 Sports. Portable versions were made available for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable, and Game Boy Advance. It marks the first baseball title for the Nintendo DS and the final major game for the original Xbox console. Derek Jeter returns for the third consecutive year as the cover athlete, with ESPN baseball commentators Jon Miller and Joe Morgan providing play-by-play, even after Electronic Arts acquired the ESPN broadcasting rights. Steve Physioc and Jeanne Zelasko handle the pre-game commentary.
