S.S. Lucifer: Man Overboard! is a platform game that launched on the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Game Gear in 1994. Initially created by Zeppelin Games for the Commodore Amiga, the Sega versions were adapted by Odysseus Software and released by Codemasters. The non-Sega editions of the game are titled Sink or Swim, while the Sega versions were originally known by the working title Man Overboard!. In the game, you take on the role of Kevin Codner, a skilled rescue mariner whose mission is to save passengers from the sinking S.S. Lucifer. Much like Lemmings, the challenge involves leading the passengers to safety by manipulating the environment. If the player is too slow, the room will fill with water. The Mega Drive and Game Gear versions of S.S. Lucifer: Man Overboard! were never made available in North America or Japan, remaining exclusive to Europe and Australia.
