Summary

This DS version of the Wii game marks the first time in history that characters from Sega and Nintendo appear together in a single title. At the same time, it carries the official license for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and includes the authentic venues and settings from the 2008 event. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and their companions compete against Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and their team in a series of Olympic-style sports challenges. Each character has unique attribute sets that provide them with a slight edge in specific events.
