Summary
An altered version of *Mario Party: Fushigi no Challenge World* was intended for release in North America. *Mario Party Challenge World* was set to be distributed by Raw Thrills in the region and was showcased (in an early form) at IAAPA 2017. However, the American launch was eventually canceled, though a number of prototype units were still sold to various arcade locations. The "final" Raw Thrills version of the game was significantly different from the Japanese original, to the extent that it essentially became a completely different game (missing the roulette wheel, a touchscreen, and more).
