Mario Teaches Typing is among the limited number of officially licensed Mario computer games. As its name implies, the game was created to help users enhance their typing abilities. It offers the greatest benefit to children who are just starting to learn how to type, all while they enjoy the charming actions of Nintendo’s beloved Mario characters. The game features music taken directly from Super Mario World.
Mario and Luigi were strolling past Bowser's Castle when they spotted the Magical Typewriter hovering in midair. Intrigued, Mario tried using it, but his typing skills left much to be desired. Before he could continue, the typewriter suddenly burst into pieces. In its place floated a scroll. Mario grabbed it and noticed an image showing three fragments of the Magical Typewriter. Determined, Mario and Luigi set out to retrieve all the pieces and help Mario become a better typist.
