Summary
Medieval II: Total War Kingdoms is the official add-on to last year’s critically acclaimed Medieval II: Total War, offering players brand-new regions to discover, armies to lead, and adversaries to defeat.
Kingdoms is the most feature-packed expansion ever created for a Total War title, introducing four entirely new campaigns set on expanded versions of the British Isles, Teutonic Northern Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. While Medieval II gave players a brief look at South America, Kingdoms unveils vast regions across both North and South America, ripe for conquest. Additionally, all-new factions from the New World are now fully playable, including the Aztecs, Apaches, and Mayans.
In addition to the expanded maps in the Britannia, Teutonic, Crusades, and New World Campaigns, the expansion features 13 new playable factions, more than 110 new units to command, and 50 new building types, delivering around 80 hours of fresh gameplay. Kingdoms also introduces new multiplayer maps and hotseat multiplayer, a first for the Total War series, enabling one-on-one campaign battles on a single computer.
