Summary

Uncover the secrets of Minecraft Legends, a fresh action strategy game. Traverse a serene land filled with abundant resources and vibrant biomes teetering on the edge of ruin. The menacing piglins have arrived, and it’s your mission to rally your allies and guide them through tactical combat to protect the Overworld!

Storyline

The game starts with the player mining deep inside a cave when they encounter three entities: Action, Knowledge, and Foresight. These entities are known as Hosts, guardians of the Overworld. The trio convinces the player to aid in saving their realm, which is locked in a war between the Nether and the Overworld. The player is then brought to that world. After going through a tutorial, the player must rescue several villages from attacks by piglins from the Nether. Next, the player takes down three Nether outposts that are being used to prepare invasions. Following that, the player dismantles nine Nether portals spread across three distinct regions of the world. In each of these regions, the player must overcome a piglin boss: "the Devourer," "the Beast," and "the Unbreakable." Once all portals are destroyed and all bosses are defeated, the player confronts the final antagonist: "the Great Hog." As the player defeats the Great Hog, it makes one final effort to destroy the Well of Fate. This attempt fails, and instead, its forces are pulled into a portal that sends them back to the Nether. The Great Hog then meets its end. After the battle, the Overworld celebrates the victory over the piglins. However, not everything is peaceful. The warrior villagers, who fought alongside the hero, grow resentful toward the pacifistic villagers who did not take part in the conflict, creating a divide between the two groups. Additionally, the Hosts have now placed the world under the Hero’s care and have departed.
