As the second installment in Midway's baseball lineup, SlugFest 20-04 keeps the rowdy action, quirky codes, and goofy commentary coming strong. Alongside the new Home Run Derby mode and Create-A-Team feature, players can now experience pitchers going "On Fire" and throwing impossible Special Pitches that twist, curve, and dart in ways that batters can only dream of dodging. The game also introduces new secret teams like aliens, minotaurs, and none other than Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat. The customizable Instant Replay is a welcome addition, letting you rewind and savor those awkward pauses in the action.
