MotoGP '06

Summary

MotoGP '06 is a motorcycle racing video game designed specifically for the Xbox 360. The creators claim it delivers improved visuals and a greater number of races compared to earlier titles. To boost realism, advanced lighting effects are used to display sunlight reflecting off the bikes and circuits. New additions include an updated season mode, fresh riders, new motorcycles, and new tracks. The "extreme mode" from MotoGP 3: Ultimate Racing Technology has been refined for the Xbox 360. Previously, the game supported online racing with up to 16 players, but this version allows for competition with up to 20 players online. A demo of MotoGP '06 can be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace. It lets players take control of Nicky Hayden at Mugello or Ricard, and also features online multiplayer races with up to 16 participants in a 3-lap format.
