NBA Live 09, also known as NBA Live 2009, is the 2008 edition of the NBA Live franchise, created and published by Electronic Arts. It was initially released on October 7, 2008. The cover of the game in most regions features Tony Parker from the San Antonio Spurs (this marks Parker's second cover appearance, having previously been on the French edition of NBA Live 07). The Wii version, developed by HB Studios, is named NBA Live 09 All-Play and was released under EA Sports' All-Play brand, which is specific to the platform. This version marked the final NBA Live title to be released for the PlayStation 2.
