NCAA Final Four Basketball is a traditional basketball simulation featuring a complete NCAA license, including 64 of the top Division 1-A teams such as North Carolina, Florida State, Boston College, and Maryland, among others. The game offers three different play modes: two Practice options—one to teach the fundamentals of the game and another focused on free throw shooting—along with Exhibition and Tournament modes. Players can customize their experience by adjusting various game settings to suit their preferences, including the ability to modify game length. A battery-backup feature allows players to save their progress, statistics, and team rosters.
