Summary

The player enters Rockport City behind the wheel of a high-performance BMW M3 GTR (E46). Chasing Mia Townsend (voiced by Josie Maran), the player showcases their driving skills while being hunted by Sergeant Cross (voiced by Dean McKenzie), a seasoned officer determined to stop the player and eradicate street racing in the city. The player appears to be dominating the races until a rival crew, led by the game's main antagonist, Clarence "Razor" Callahan (voiced by Derek Hamilton), cheats and steals the player's vehicle to win a crucial race.
