Summary
This version includes realistic, player-specific visuals that make athletes resemble their real-life versions. New to the game is commentary from Dick Enberg and Phil Simms. Another addition is full-control passing and running. With full-control passing, you can guide, overhand, or underhand tosses to your receivers, increasing completions and reducing the chance of interceptions. The play editor has been enhanced, making it simpler to create new routes for your receivers and running backs. The general manager mode has also been updated, primarily to assist with the draft by clearly showing which parts of your team need strengthening.
