Ninja Warriors

Summary

Ninja Warriors is a side-scrolling beat 'em up and a single-player version of the original The Ninja Warriors arcade title. Players can select from three distinct Ninja Warriors: Ninja, Kunoichi, or Kamaitachi. While each character has a unique playstyle, they all use similar control schemes. All three can attack, jump, grapple enemies, block incoming hits, or trigger a screen-wide special move. This special ability charges over time and resets if the player is knocked down.

Storyline

The region is held hostage by a ruthless dictator named Benglar, who possesses the power to mentally control those he captures. With this terrifying ability, he has seized control of the armed forces and seems invincible. But a rebel faction led by Mulk has been working on a revolutionary new weapon: Cybernetic Special Forces equipped with independent thought, known as the Ninja Warriors. Though unproven, these machines are tasked with a single mission—eliminate Benglar.
