O.to.i.Re: Dreamcast Sequencer is a Japan-only music production game for the Sega Dreamcast, developed by Waka Manufacturing. Available exclusively in Japan, it lets players create their own music tracks using the Dreamcast Controller, Dreamcast Microphone, or the Dreamcast MIDI Interface Cable. Notably, it was the sole software during the Dreamcast's lifetime to support its MIDI adapter cable.
