A driving game inspired by Roadblasters. You cruise through a post-apocalyptic wasteland in your armored vehicle. You make cash by delivering cargo between locations, but be wary of rival travelers trying to block your path.
It is the year 2025. The planet, once lush and vibrant, now looks like Death Valley, USA. The ground is cracked and barren, with almost no plant life in sight. Earth has remained in this condition since the ozone layer was destroyed in the late twentieth century. Some blame the aerosol can — a crude delivery system that used hazardous propellant gas. Researchers observed the thinning of the ozone layer and issued urgent warnings, but their voices were ignored until it was far too late. The holes were there, and they kept expanding. At first, the harm was slight, but it soon escalated into an unstoppable catastrophe. Unfiltered sunlight rained down, devastating the environment and forcing humanity to seek refuge underground, away from the deadly ultraviolet rays. Vast underground metropolises emerged, but they remained disconnected from one another. Now, the only connection between these subterranean strongholds is the old surface highway system, now controlled by lawless gangs of exiles, known simply as surface dwellers. The only ones brave enough to travel the surface are the Overlanders... The Overlanders are a unique group. They live by their own rules. Their sole devotion is to their modified vehicles — pre-apocalypse machines pulled underground and reassembled, reassembled for speed and endurance. They brave the surface to earn money, transporting goods through the perilous territory of the surface dwellers. For them, life is about upgrading their cars. Delivering cargo for cash means a faster, stronger, more powerful machine...
