Summary
Paper Mario: Showtime!! is a fan-made game that seeks to take the battle mechanics from Sticker Star and Color Splash—two of the more... controversial... titles in the series—and give them a much-needed polish! Showtime offers an arcade-style experience where Mario faces off against wave after wave of enemies, strengthening his deck with each win. Throughout it all, a live audience watches, cheering Mario on when he shines and booing when he falters. The better you entertain the crowd, the higher your score climbs! The objective is to rack up as many points as possible within the time limit! Mario can spend his earned coins to purchase new cards, upgrade existing ones, sell those he no longer needs, or boost his stats between rounds. And just when you think you've got it made, a particularly tough opponent might come out of nowhere to test your skills!
