Paradroid

Summary

The game takes place aboard a spaceship seen from a top-down viewpoint. The vessel is made up of many interconnected rooms and levels, each filled with enemy robots or "droids." As the player, you control a unique droid known as the "Influence Device," whose mission is to eliminate all other droids on the ship. Each droid, including the player, is shown as a circle with a three-digit number. These numbers generally indicate the droid's "power" or "level," with higher numbers representing tougher opponents. The Influence Device is labeled "001." Its main method of defeating other droids is by "linking" with them, essentially taking control. When the player takes over a droid, the droid that was previously under their control is destroyed.
