Summary

Persona 5 is a turn-based Japanese role-playing game with visual novel components that centers on a high school student wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn’t commit. Storyline

The narrative centers on a 16-year-old main character who moves to Syujin High School in Tokyo, Japan. Staying with his parents' friends, he crosses paths with the troublemaker Ryuji Sakamoto, the introverted Ann Takamaki, the art student Yusuke Kitagawa, and Morgana, a talking, shape-shifting feline-like being. As the main character struggles with the pressures of his new surroundings, the five unite to form a group called the "Phantom Thieves of Hearts." Together, they venture into the "Palace," a fortress born from people's hearts, to steal away negative intentions and help others heal. Along the way, they face off against adult authority figures who oppose them, as well as a larger threat that emerges as their actions unfold.
