Summary

Persona Q is a crossover video game that brings together characters from Persona 3 and Persona 4, set within a framework inspired by Etrian Odyssey, incorporating its visual style, gameplay mechanics, and structure. The gameplay of Persona Q emphasizes dungeon exploration even more. Players can select to control either the protagonist from Persona 3 or the protagonist from Persona 4, with each path offering a slightly different narrative experience. The decisions made by the player will also influence the direction and progression of the story.

Storyline

At Yasogami High School in Inaba, during the school's cultural festival, an eerie bell chimes, locking the Investigation Team inside the building. At the same time, the members of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES) are mysteriously brought to the Velvet Room elevator, which unexpectedly arrives at Yasogami High as well. The two groups soon discover a hidden labyrinth beneath the school and join forces to explore it, battling "shadows" as they attempt to recover the lost memories of new characters Zen and Rei, believing this will be the key to their escape. The story and conversations change based on whether the player chooses to follow the characters from Persona 3 or Persona 4.
