Summary
Pickle Wars is an MS-DOS platformer developed in 1993 by Karen Crowther for Redwood Games and released by MVP Software. A planet is overrun by pickles, and the player—switching between a male and female character—embarks on a quest to uncover hidden weapons. To progress, the player must gather all the SaladShooters in each level to unlock the exit. With this weapon, they can fire salad at the alien invaders, causing them to pass out. Throughout the game, players can collect junk food and pickles for points, while carrots restore health.
