Summary
Psychic Force is set in the year 2010, a time when certain individuals are gifted with psychic powers. Those who possess these abilities are known as "Psychiccers," each wielding a unique element such as fire, light, wind, electricity, gravity, time, or ice in battle. Despite their extraordinary talents, Psychiccers are often feared and rejected by the general public, as their powers frequently lead to violent and deadly confrontations. This changes when a secretive Psychiccer organization called NOA emerges, offering a sanctuary for those with psychic abilities. Led by a young British Psychiccer named Keith Evans, NOA aims to establish a perfect utopia for Psychiccers, willing to destroy anyone who opposes their vision. Standing in opposition to NOA is a small but determined group known as Anti-NOA. Among its members is Burn Griffiths, a young American Psychiccer who is determined to stop his former friend Keith from carrying out his radical plan to create a world exclusively for Psychiccers.
