Summary
Pure Evil is a GameCube compilation game launched in 2004. It includes the Resident Evil remake, Resident Evil 0, and a trial version of the upcoming Resident Evil 4 at the time. The later PS4 / Xbox One / Nintendo Switch / Windows bundle known as Resident Evil: Origins Collection, which features enhanced versions of the games, does not contain the trial version. It offers 3D control schemes (as opposed to the original tank controls) and a Very Easy difficulty setting for new players.
