Summary
Queen of Hearts is an early pinball game where the ball is launched from the top-right corner of the screen. The player controls flippers located in the lower half of the screen, aiming to keep the ball from dropping into the hole at the bottom center. Gameplay includes a "realistic" tilt mechanic, two distinct play fields, and four sequences that let players earn massive points if hit in the correct order. Each play field is filled with various bumpers and bonus elements. Players get three balls per game, with the objective of achieving the highest possible score. The score for each ball is shown on the right side of the screen during play.
