Storyline

Raiders Of The Lost Island is a LOCAL semi-cooperative party game for up to 4 players, where you and your oddly shaped buddies are chasing down treasures on the enigmatic Lost Island. Amass the most riches to win this high-stakes race! Don't be afraid to get a little rough and nudge a few rivals into the sea! Who cares if they can't swim? It's all for the greater good, right? Your good! But beware, the island is doomed to collapse beneath the rising tides, and if none of you selfish scoundrels take a break from your gold-hunting to construct the lifeboat before the final wave hits, it's all over. Naturally, that hard-working soul doesn't have to be you. There are plenty of others who don't really need those sparkling gems! Watch who's climbing the ranks and team up with others to bring down the top dog and snatch his loot! If, by some miracle, your group makes it out alive, you can tally your riches and possibly claim the title of the wealthiest player. But if greed takes over and you all go under, well, then none of it matters... everyone loses! THE ADVENTURE No real raider would stop at just one victory when so many hidden treasures remain. A long line of mysterious islands awaits, each more perilous than the last. Your collected treasures will be stored in the hideout, where you return after every expedition. Uncover ancient relics, unlock their secrets, test your luck or create your own path and survive until the end, where all your efforts will be rewarded. But be careful—just one wrong move and the entire adventure becomes a tragic tale to warn the young. And remember, if you're struggling, feeling broke and defeated, you can team up with another down-on-their-luck raider. If you still can't pull through, at least you'll have someone to share your misery with. FAMILY FRIENDLY For families or friends who prefer teamwork over rivalry, playing together in harmony is perfectly acceptable. Younger players who are just learning the ropes can partner up with parents or older siblings. The controls are easy to pick up: just one joystick and four buttons. Both keyboard and controller support are available, and can be customized in the settings. PLAYING SOLO For the most rewarding and fun-filled experience, we recommend 3 to 4 players. But if you're feeling brave, you can go it alone and see how much treasure you can grab and escape with. Then show off your score on the game's online leaderboards. WIN ALONE OR DIE TOGETHER! Gather your crew and set sail for the Lost Island! Hunt for riches, survive together, and grow rich in the process! Just don't let greed take over, or you'll all be joining the fish in the deep blue sea!
