Summary

The Sega Dreamcast edition of Rayman 2 keeps the detailed textures from the PC release while enhancing a few slightly. A new section called Globox Village has been introduced in the Woods of Light, where players can unlock new minigames by gathering Globox Crystals. This version is the first to support widescreen display and the only one that lets players adjust the aspect ratio manually. The Hall of Doors has been reimagined as the Isle of Doors. Additional Robo-Pirates have been included, along with a new variant that launches bombs. It's also the first version to feature the cutscene on the Prison Ship where Rayman rescues the prisoners, a scene omitted from earlier releases due to time limitations.
