Summary

Chris Redfield, the returning hero of the Resident Evil saga, has pursued the evil force across the world. After aligning with a new organization, Chris travels to Africa, where a new wave of bioterrorism is turning the city's inhabitants and wildlife into ravenous, unhinged beasts. He is joined by a new ally, Sheva Alomar, whose strength, intellect, and marksmanship prove invaluable to the mission. To endure and uncover the truth behind this sinister scheme, Chris and Sheva must rely on each other to overcome the deadly challenges ahead. Featuring an innovative 2-player cooperative mode, Resident Evil 5 allows players to take control of either Chris or Sheva, offering fresh perspectives on the franchise. Storyline

The Umbrella Corporation and its deadly viral arsenal have been dismantled and neutralized. Yet a new, far more menacing danger has surfaced. In the years following the horrors in Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has continued his global battle against bio-organic weapons. Now part of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is deployed to Africa to investigate a mysterious biological agent turning the local population into violent and terrifying creatures. Teaming up with fellow BSAA agent Sheva Alomar, the two must uncover the chilling truth behind this horrifying outbreak.
