Summary

Returnal is a 2021 third-person shooter roguelike video game created by Housemarque and released by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The story centers on Selene Vassos, an astronaut who arrives on the planet Atropos to investigate the enigmatic "White Shadow" transmission, only to become ensnared in a deadly time loop. After her ship crashes on a constantly changing alien world, Selene must battle for her life. Each time she perishes, the player must begin the journey anew.

Storyline
