You’ve inherited a run-down motel from your “Uncle Louis.” Now all you have to do is kick out the family of squatters who’ve taken up residence and lay claim to your newfound inheritance.
Uncle Louis (or at least the man who lived near your cousin and was known to everyone as Uncle Louis) has passed away and left you his motel on Route 401. Unfortunately, your plans to capitalize on this unexpected inheritance have run into a snag. A rowdy family has moved in and taken over the place, and they won't even let you step foot inside, much less hand over the keys. With the police hesitant to get involved, you'll need to come up with some clever tactics to drive these unwanted squatters out of your property.
