Summary
Sega's futuristic reimagining of the 1943-style vertical scrolling shooter sees you piloting an outdated, underpowered fighter plane. Despite these disadvantages, you must battle massive aircraft, tanks, and ground defenses to secure victory. Each stage culminates in a high-intensity close-up sequence before confronting a boss. Occasionally, smart bombs can be found scattered throughout the levels, capable of clearing the screen of enemies—though they won't work against the bosses. The game also supports a simultaneous two-player mode.
