Summary
Seaman is a virtual pet video game developed for the Sega Dreamcast. It is among the few titles for the console that utilize the microphone accessory. The narration is performed by Toshiyuki Hosokawa in the original Japanese version and by Leonard Nimoy in the English version. Interestingly, the face of Seaman is modeled after the game's producer, Yoot Saito.
Storyline
As a new pet owner, the player takes on the role of caring for and understanding the mysterious "Seaman" species, utilizing a replica of the original discoverer's laboratory. With minimal instruction, the player must learn how to properly care for their creature, relying on occasional guidance from narrator Leonard Nimoy.
