
Self-Defense Training Camp teaches players how to execute martial arts techniques and different styles of tai chi, as well as self defense moves. The main menu offers four game modes: "Cardio Workout," "Balance Practices," "Self Defense Rehearsal," and "Reflex Training." In "Cardio Workout," players engage in "martial arts fitness routines," including punches and kicks. "Balance Practices" focuses on yoga-like stretching exercises. "Self Defense Rehearsal" features five sessions, each with six activities where players perform moves like striking an opponent's lower body. "Reflex Training" challenges players to evade incoming punches.
