Silent Hill: Mobile 3 is the concluding mobile title in a trilogy that started with Silent Hill: Orphan, set within a mansion where the town's deepest mysteries are finally uncovered. The gameplay mirrors that of its predecessors, offering a first-person adventure composed of several static locations connected by a point-and-click interface. At times, the player must battle various monsters, and during these encounters, the cursor changes into a crosshair, enabling aiming and shooting. The combat system has been tweaked from earlier games, with each enemy possessing a weak spot that, when struck at the right moment, results in increased damage.
