Summary
Spider-Man 2 for PC and Mac is nearly a distinct experience from its console version. This isn't a direct port of the console game, but rather a separate edition created by The Fizz Factor and released by Activision. As Spider-Man, you'll progress through 8 chapters filled with chaos and conflict to achieve victory. During your journey, you'll face off against classic villains such as Rhino, Mysterio, Puma, Doc Ock, and others. The game features an easy-to-use point-and-click system combined with keyboard controls for movement. Unlike the console edition, it doesn't include free-roaming swinging, instead opting for a design tailored for younger players. Combat involves straightforward punches, kicks, jump kicks, and a power gauge that enables a charged-up attack. 'Spidey' can also climb walls and objects and use his web to launch basic strikes against enemies.
