Summary
Three months have passed since the events of the first game. The Terror Mask, having reassembled after shattering during the climax of the first game, appears to Rick and constantly tempts him to "return to the house," assuring him that Jennifer "doesn't have to die." It ends by telling Rick, "You need me." Rick manages to save Jennifer, and the House collapses and vanishes into the depths of the river.
