Summary
Delta Rising is the second expansion for *Star Trek Online*, revealed at the Official Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas on August 2, 2014. Earlier in December 2013, Cryptic had teased the arrival of a new expansion with a projected release in "late 2014." Set in the Delta Quadrant—the primary location of *Star Trek: Voyager*—the expansion features Tim Russ reprising his role as Admiral Tuvok, who previously appeared in two special episodes of Season 9. Joining him are Garrett Wang as Captain Harry Kim of the USS Rhode Island (introduced in *Voyager*'s finale, "Endgame"), Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine, Robert Picardo as the Doctor, and Ethan Phillips as Neelix. Lead Designer Al Rivera confirmed that "several" members of the *Voyager* cast would appear in *Delta Rising*. The maximum level was increased from 50 to 60, introducing two new ranks for each faction: Admiral and Fleet Admiral for the Federation and Romulan Republic, and General and Dahar Master for the Klingons. New content also includes several Delta Quadrant species from *Voyager*, a new class of high-level ships, and a Delta Reputation system for players to advance through.
