Summary

StarDrive redefines the '4X Space Strategy' genre. Beginning with just one planet and a handful of spacefaring ships, you must explore the galaxy, claim new worlds, establish colonies, and protect your empire from those who seek to take it all. The path you choose is entirely up to you. Employ diplomacy or dominate through force. Use trade, espionage, and research to rise to galactic supremacy. Forge alliances or forge enemies… At the core of StarDrive lies its deep ship design and dynamic combat system. StarDrive offers a modular system for designing ships, giving players the freedom to build custom vessels where the arrangement and type of modules significantly impact a ship’s capabilities. During battle, if your left side is under fire, simply turn and present your stronger right flank. Use the cover of a capital ship’s shields, warp in and out of combat, deploy fighters, plant mines, and much more.
